I love the fact that it automatiqually generates thumbnails and fills the featured slider ! Very impressive.
I only have 2 remarks :
- You should make the sidebar boxes bit wider so google ads can fit in.
- You should let users be able to upload a default thumbnail when there is no image included in the post (short info or youtube fragment for example.)

The template looks really great. I would only make the separation of the sidebar from main Post/page area a bit more distinctive.
